The only problem I have to mention is that although you mention on your website that you provide assistance in issuance tickets for miscellaneous attractions and other things, when I asked to book tickets for the open bus, the receptionist refuse to help us, as it was not possible.

It was for family of 4. The bed in the bedroom were twin and not double beds.

We booked this hotel through Bookings.com but it was listed as a great spot of families. We had never been to Paris and were very pleasantly surprised at the location - the hotel is the perfect spot. Our room was not ready when we arrived early, though I did request an early check-in, but the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable until it was ready and then apologized profusely the rest of our stay - which wasn't necessary. We were greeted by name every time we entered the door and all the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, even the fold out couch my sons slept on. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
